Miscellaneous Information

Remember your dues are payable the first of each month!

Practice Cancellations:
Every so often, we may have to cancel a practice for another special event being held at the facility. We will post them as soon as we get this information.

Temporary Leave of Absence or Quitting for the Year
Send an email to Helen Lingham to inform us of your plans. It is best to plan your exit or return to diving at the end of a month as we will not refund partial months. When we receive your request we will shred the post-dated cheques that correspond with your leave or quit date.

Missed/Cancelled Practice Session
If you miss a practice session we ask that you make it up on another day that same week as we do not provide refunds for a missed practice due to family vacations, colds, flu, ear aches, etc. If you are planing an extensive family vacation let us know ahead of time - it might be best to take a leave of absence where you're not required to pay. If your Dr. orders you not to dive due to a serious illness, surgery or injury then we will not cash the post-dated cheques during the convalescence period.

Occasionally our regular practice time will be cancelled due to a Water Polo tournament or another special function. You will be notified in advance and asked to train on an alternate day for that week only.

Fundraising Information:

We will post new fundraiser as we start them. Please check back often so you are aware of what is going on at this time.
