About Us

Fraser Valley Diving (FVD) operates out of Walnut Grove Community Centre from late September to the end of August each year. We are a registered non-for-profit organization with a Board of Directors that is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting. The Fraser Valley Diving program is offered 3 days a week after school and on Saturdays. There is a wide range of days and times to select from so it makes it easy for new participants to fit diving into their busy family lives.

We offer the following programs:

    Learn to Dive lessons
    Novice/Provincial competitive Diving
    National/International competitive Diving
    Masters/Adult program

FVD partners with BC Diving Academy, Langley Gymnastics, and Vancouver Aquatic Center. The use of these facilities provides our athletes with cardio, core strength, flexibility, and skill development using trampolines, foam pits and harnesses for safe learning.
